Paired with a 47-HP electric motor, the 2012 Porsche Panamera Hybrid puts out 380 horsepower. That power is transferred to the ground via a slick eight-speed transmission that is very fuel efficient. Fuel economy figures for the Panamera Hybrid are 22 miles per gallon in the city and 30 mpg on the highway. Yes, not that great for a hybrid but the Panamera Hybrid makes up for this fact by being so sexy!
